Quickbooks 2012 will not load after R4 update
After updating my software with the R4 release Quickbooks will not reload. It begins to load and then immediatley goes to an error message that indicates Windows is looking for a solution to the problem.
I did speak to a Intuit support person who did not know what he was talking about. He told me my data was corrupt. I uninstalled Quickbooks, reinstalled without R4 and the software worked fine. As soon as I loaded R4 the software crashes. His suggestion: Just use Quickbooks and do not worry about the R4 as many users do not update. Pretty strange answer but I would like to load R4. Any advice?
