QuickBooks 2009 has lost the PDF converter

QuickBooks Canada : Pro 2009

QuickBooks 2009 has lost the PDF converter and even after right clicking on the install exe in the quickbooks tab it will not reappear in Windows 8. It was working and now is not and I cannot get it back

 

After updating to Windows 8 it was giving me an error 20 and then I ran a PDF Utility which brought it back but only temporary until a new driver was loaded for the printer and then the PDF converter went missing and I cannot seem to reinstall.
