I'm not sure what you're trying to convert? However, QuickBooks 2007 has been sunsetted and is no longer supported.
PLEASE mark this answer as solved (click the button under the answer in the lower, right corner) or post additional questions. Thanks so much!!!
The Conversion tool only works against the US version of Quickbooks. It does not recognize installations for any other country
It would appear that a person cannot solve their own questions and I do not want to flag the incorrect answer as solving the question. Leaving question as unsolved.
Note: The conversion tool states that it supports QuickBooks 2006. Perhaps the web page should be updated to state that it only supports QuickBooks 2008 - 2010

Glad you were able to figure it out! :)
I am working in QuickBooks division at Intuit.
I would like to have a little more information on this error. I believe you have installed QB 2007 Pro.
Have you installed the QuickBooks Conversion Tool? If yes, then i would suggest you to upgrade it to the latest version from the website:

If not, please install this tool.
You might be asked to install the .NET framework 2.0 tool when you run the above installer. If asked, please download the tool from http://www.microsoft.com/downl...
If you have any other queries, please feel free to post it. I will be happy to reply to them.
This link and your website says you must have at least 2006 installed, but when attempting to download the converter, it says you must have 2008. I'm wanting to convert Peachtree 2003 onto QB 2006, and then convert the 06 file to 2011 on another PC. Please help.
