After a problem question has been solved on Intuit Community, how can I go back to the same question and ask another question pertaining to the same topic?

Once the original person, who opened the topic, marks it closed, you can't post any more stuff there. That's why it's good to ask your own question. If you post your question inside someone else's and they mark it Solved, you never get your answer.
There is a plan to perhaps allow more comments after a topic is marked Solved, but that hasn't been put in place yet.
Some of us can request a topic be reopened and we do so if we see bad answers and a closed topic.
A few of us are allowed to edit posts, to fix titles and to move topics to a more specific subforum.
