Question on downloading 2012 to 2011
Our office has QuickBooks Pro 2011, our client has Pro 2012. Our client wants to send us their file. Do we have to upgrade to an accountants version in order to download it?

You can't open their 2012 file in your 2011 program.
If they are going to send you an accountant's copy, you will need QB2012 for accountants. Otherwise you can use 2012 QB pro if they are sending a backup or portable file.
