Question for filing 1120
I am doing the 1120 tax for the company I am working for, what forms do I need? We do have CPA, however he messed up our numbers and now I have to do everything. Help!

You need the Form 1120 for a corporation, if it is in fact a C corporation. Why do you think the CPA messed up your numbers? If you do not know what you are doing, as I suspect, since you are asking which forms you need, file an extension and find another CPA!

Thank you for your answer. Althought we have used our CPA for 15 years, don't we need to still use him, just because his has done our taxes for last year?
How do I file an extension, Is there special intrsuctions?
