Important Announcement! A planned system-wide upgrade will take place over the Memorial Day Weekend in the US (From Thurs, May 24, 2012 at 6 pm PDT thru Tues, May 29, 2012 at 5 am PDT). This includes QuickBooks, QuickBooks Payroll, Point of Sale, & Salesforce.com. This is only for US based products. This does not affect QuickBooks Online customers! Quarterly estimate reminder letter

Quarterly estimate reminder - I would like to send a letter to clients listing the Federal, State and local quarterly estimates coming up for each quarter. Is there any way to do this or must I use my own external data base?

We set up 4 reminder letters in Database reports, one  for each quarter. 

If my post did not answer your question, get a paid Intuit employee's answer for Lacerte questions at 800-933-9999. Oh, and enjoy the elevator music while you wait.

I tried that but have a few multi state clients and cannot find all the keys.  If you have an easy way or boiler plate report I would love to share.
