Quick books Event errors are raised every time QB 2012 is opened three are QbwInstanceHandle the rest are to do with QFM which is a Quick books file mamager program.
Can anyone shed any light on these especially technical support from Intuit.

can you please check your email filters, as i've not got replies to several emails since xmas :).
as you know i reverted back t0 QB Pro 2010, but an old isue with earlier versions was caused by not closing the progrm 'properly' from the file/exit menu.
give it a go as it seems the same sort of issue, something to do with modern hard drives large cashe (not being flushed iirc).
