I went to the update site and downloaded R5 twice. Both times when I tried to install the upgrade, I get a windows notice that say "qbwebpatch.exe is not a valid Win32 application". I did a system restore back to February 1 but I still received the same message when I attempted to install R5 upgrade.Does anyone know what is happening? Anyone have a solution? Gene MacLean

A google search finds these answers.
Most of the time this is from a corrupted download. I know you have downloaded the file twice, but you might try disabling any antivirus programs that you are running, or any download managers. One more thing to try would be to try another browser, ie Internet Explorer, or FireFox.

I downloaded again on a cable connection. Took less than 4 minutes, and installed without major problems.
