Important Announcement! A planned system-wide upgrade will take place over the Memorial Day Weekend in the US (From Thurs, May 24, 2012 at 6 pm PDT thru Tues, May 29, 2012 at 5 am PDT). Qbooks files and folders on desktop

US QuickBooks Pro for Windows : 2012

I recently created a portablefor my accountant, she made changes and sent it back. After loading the changes, I get nd and lgb files and folders apearing on my desktop every time open Qbooks they are becoming unmanageable. Help
