I can't view the history of Customers under "Job Information" in my QB Manager, Why is that?

I'm not sure what you're looking at when you say QB Manger--Customer Manger? the Customer Center in QB? Or just the customer details/information?
When you're in the customer information--you add details about the jobs. When you're in the Customer Center, if you click on the job name to highlight it, on the right you'll see the transactions/history for that job.
I'm not familiar with Customer Manager--I haven't looked at it in years.
