QB is asking for a password and I have never set one.

HELP!!! QB is asking for a password and I have never set one. It will not let me bypass this point.

The solution

If you have never set a password for you file, and it asks for a password for user Admin, simply leave the password field blank, and select OK. It shoudl open the file right up.
