in QuickBooks, try going to your view menu up at the top and then select "One Window". If this doesn't solve the problem, you'll need to change your screen resolution to at least 1024 x 768. Adjusting the screen resolution can be done by going to your start menu and then control panel and selecting display options. Different versions of operating systems will have slightly different places to change the screen resolution but it should be in the display options of the control panel.
