I've set up QB for 4 or 5 used car dealerships in the Sacramento, California area. Let me know if you need some assist in setting up a QB company file for you. I can do that with Remote Access by WebEx.

Bill- I am helping a client set up QB Pro for a small used car dealership. Do you have any helpful hints? Do you use customers/jobs for the inventory of cars as others have suggested? Also how do you handle trade-ins on the invoicing and in inventory?
