Only QB Online and Enterprises provide only access to multiple users, but they both require subscriptions for each user.
You can install a free remote access progam such as TeamViewer or LogMeIn on a computer in your office. As long as it is on and not in use, your partner could log on a view QB (any everything else on that computer).
