QB 2010 for Mac Opens with Crash Report

US QuickBooks for Macintosh : 2010

QB 2010 for Mac Opens with Crash Report

I have a MacBook 10.5.8 and quickbooks works fine for one of my companies but the other one won't open any more after a couple weeks of use. Just goes straight to the crash log.

What can I do to reset the software? It must be confused. Is there a cache file I can move to the trash or something?

Since this happens with only one company file and not the other, the problem is likely with that particular company file. Try rebuilding the data file to see if that helps (File > Utilities > Rebuild Data).

By the way, have you been sending in the crash reports each time?
