Purchase Order Button for Icon Bar?

I wish to add a button to the Icon Bar that allows me to create a Purchase Orders.

At the moment, I have to either  minimize the screen to see the dashboard, or I have to choose Vendor, Create PO.  And while these small steps may seem small...I really like the shortcuts at the top and thought it would be easy enough to create one for PO's.  The best I can come up with so far is a function that allows me to print "to be printed" PO's.  This seems like a very simple and basic function, I can't understand why it's not in the list of button options.
