Has anyone experience any problem with Proseries and their sales. I placed my order with a representative and she quoted me a price and when I tried to print and return, I could not print. Call sales dept, rep stated the they gave wrong price.
I haven't had any problems like that. The pricing options are disclosed on the Proseries.com website though if you want to doublecheck.
I have not had a problem like that. You must have bought a "Pay Per return" version
Also, your program might need licensing. This can be done via the internet or phone. You might not be completely updated either, which right now is crucial.
Too may variables in the issue.
