This includes QuickBooks, QuickBooks Payroll, Point of Sale, & Salesforce.com. This is only for US based products. This does not affect QuickBooks Online customers! ProSeries Basic client letter

I downgraded software this year to Basic from Proseries and for the most part it is just fine. However, i would like to have a client letter that I can attach to the front of the return. There is a form that is called client filing instructions which, if I could edit it, would be fine.Is there a way to edit this that I am missing?ThanksLucy

The Basic Edition letter cannot be edited. This is part of the flexibility and added functionality users get when they purchase the ProSeries professional program.

Please submit this as an enhancement request via the Help Center to make sure our development teams know this is something Basic Edition customers need.

In Proseries Basic, can I prevent access to the program with passwords. For example, if I have the client files on my laptop, it would be nice to have those files secure in the event the laptop is lost or stolen.

The client letter in ProSeries Basic offers instructions for filing paper returns. Since we are now e-filing 99.9% of these returns, shouldn't the letter reflect that change?
