Program hanging up.
Control E results in program hanging up. Same thing when trying to obtain REP for 2011 business returns. Anyone have the same problem?

It happens to me when I print invoices. I have been getting a lot of critical errors since the last update.

We have figured out that when I install updates an unnecessary file is added (c:\users\xxxx\appdata\roaming\lacerte\w11tax.ini). Once I go in and delete this file, the program works fine. It took me 1/2 hour on chat with Lacerte to figure this out.
This is a pain but at least it works.

Fish: The big red Q is still showing on my screen. Do you still have a question? Or does Lacerte need to fix its symbols? Sounds as if you got an answer.
