I also had this problem in fiduciary module - turns out it was my state fiduciary module causing the issue. Every particular trust with that state (LA) failed to proforma. Check your 2009 to see if there's an error. After a few hours with lacerte, they emailed the filed to tech support and a few days later there was an update that resolved.
