Problems Logging In

ProLine Tax Online

I can't log into the online tax program. The online chat is down too.
Is anyone else having issues?

I am having the same issues. I was finally able to get into the online tax program, but now none of my clients are showing up in the client list.

If you are having trouble logging in with your User ID or password, please select "Forgot your User ID" or "Forgot your password" link from the login screen.

After these links have been selected, please follow the onscreen instructions to reset your User ID or password.
