problem with line 26 of Form 4562 depreciation
Help - auto is listed twice on Line 26 of Form 4562 which is doubling depreciation deduction.

Probably you have made entries on two different asset . If this is from Schedule C, go to Schedule C, Line 13 and quick zoom. You might see the auto asset. If listed,you need to delete the worksheet, Go forms, Schedule C Remove asset entry worksheet.
Instead the auto worksheet should be found on line 9, where you quick zoom to thecar and truck worksheet.You should have the auto listed in just the vehicle1column.
If the auto is used for wage income, then you do the same thing with the form 2106 where the auto is only supposed to be on the line1 vehicle expenses of Form 2106 and it is not supposed to go through Form2106, Part 1 Smart Worksheet, B, For entry of businessexpenses (incl. nonauto insurance)
