Problem Restoring a file - Quickbooks Unrecoverable Error

I have a new laptop computer that I installed QB 2008 on. I am restoring 2 company files from version QB 2002. I can restore one without a problem, but when I restore the second I get a problem restoring a file - Quickbooks Unrecoverable ERror.The code is 19344 56108I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program but the restore fails at exactly the same place which is during the rebuilding data file stage.I am restoring from a QBB.Any ideas. How do I know if it is the "new" computer or the QB program or a problem with the old file?

Make sure you have installed all updates for 2008 first.

Try Opening the .qbw file (rather than restoring the .qbb file).

If you have a version like 04, 05, etc., try updating this 2002 version file into one of those programs first, then update from there into 2008.
