Has anyone heard an update as to when we will get the private ProAdvisor forum back?
I still cannot see it and do not know if it is a problem with my profile or with the website.

The private forum is up and running as of 9/29/08. I noticed however that you will not be able to "see it ' on the web site unless you are logged in. If you have "logged in" and still can't see it perhaps it is tied into your user id status as well. At the moment below your ID it says "contributor", you may need to have someone update it to pro advisor.

Who do I contact to get my profile updated so I have the ProAdvisor logo under my image and access to the private ProAdvisor forum? I used to have access, but don't now, even though logged in.





The problem seems to be related to having the correct badge associated with your profile. The badge is the thing under your name. When most people first sign up they have the contributor badge. Once this is changed to one of the Certified ProAdvisor badges then you will be able to see the Private Forum. Try contacting Bryan by clicking on the Feedback link at the bottom of the forums to get your badge corrected. Be sure to tell him what badge you should have so that you get the correct badge the first time.

I need to contact Bryan also to get my correct badge, but I do not see the feedback link that was refereced. Does anyone have a direct link they can provide?





The updates are being done once a week on Mondays. Please check back on Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning to see if your badges and access has been updated. I am checking on how to contact Intuit since the Feedback link has disappeared.
