Printing problems

US QuickBooks Pro for Windows

My printer which is a Kodak ESP C310 which I have used before is not allowing me to print my pay stubs it says somethng about a dot advancement I have unchecked everything to help but still no printing

I have the same problem with my Kodak Office Hero 6.1. I have removed and reinstalled the printer, done a system restore on my computer and it still won't work. I can print from other programs so it has to be something with QuickBooks. I HAVE LOST 3 HOURS SO FAR TODAY!!!!!!!!!

I have a Kodak Office Hero 6.1 and I am having the same problem.  Have reinstalled printer multiple times, reinstalled Quick Books, etc.  Have several hours wrapped up in this and still can't print.  Has anyone figured out a solution to this?
