Printing a 1096 form
US QuickBooks Online Edition : Plus
how do I print the 1096 form? There is plen
plenty of information regarding the 1099 form but nothing for the 1096 form makes no sense.

Go to Vendors>Print 1099s/1096 and there is a wizard to help you print both.

The first answer is incorrect. Those options are not even available. There is no way to print a 1096 in Quickbooks Online Plus! I would be thrilled to hear why this is, because it seems baffling to me. I wish they'd mention that when they tell you how awesome online is. You also can't print w2s in the 3up format, only the 4up format.
