If you have the current payroll tax table updates, then you can no longer print on the 2010 version of the Form 941. You can only print on the 2011 version, and the report will not be correct because of SS tax changes.
I suggest that you try this report:
Go to "Reports">"Employees & Payroll">"More Payroll Reports in Excel">"Tax Form Worksheets". Then select "Quarterly 941" and the dates you need the report for.
That will give yu the numbers you need so you can find a 941 for the year you need and transfer the numbers to that report.
I hope this helps. Let us know by clicking the "This Solved My Question" button or post back with more information.
Thanks.
To add to pdevore's answer, one exception is that you can print old 941 (and other) payroll forms from within quickbooks if you have (or can obtian) the old "TaxForms" folder.
DISCLAIMER:
PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK! I only recommend attempting this if you are very tech savvy. Otherwise, just file manually using pdevore's instructions. While extremely easy to do, this involves moving folders around and using Windows Task Manager. If you don't know what you are doing, you can cause some problems. You WILL NOT BE touching your company data file however, so there is nothing you can't restore by reinstalling the software.

The TaxForms folder is typically found here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Intuit\QuickBooks 20XX\Components\Payroll\TaxForms ( "XX" is your version)
Instructions: Where to find the old TaxForms folder or old form-specific files...
As far as finding the OLD folder, you will need to see if you have an older version of the software still installed, or whether you can reinstall an old version and get the proper years. You can also google and see if anyone else has the files as they are just generic files by state...
Instructions: How to restore old payroll forms and print old returns
1) Navigate to the folder above in the most recent version of quickbooks.
2) Rename the folder appending "latest" to the name. (If you get an error saying the folder is in use see below instructions: "What to do when I can't rename the folder")
3) Copy the old TaxForms folder into the same directory.
4) Launch Quickbooks and create your forms...
Troubleshooting:
What to do when I can't rename the folder: This typically means that Quickbooks processes are running in the background. You will need to kill those processes using Task Manager.
To kill these processes you will need to open Task Manager and End the processes as follows:
1) Close Quickbooks the proper way first.
2) Press and hold the following three keys at the same time: Ctrl, Alt, and Delete
3) Click Start Task Manager
4) First under the "Applications" tab find any quickbooks related applications and click End Task.
5) Click the "Processes" tab
6) Click the "Show Processes from All Users" Box at the bottom
7) Click the heading "Image Name" to sort them
6) Find any Quickbooks related processes and click "End Process"
7) Proceed with original instructions above, "Instructions: How to restore old payroll forms and print old returns"
