I incorporate it into my organizer client letter, or (for entities) into my standard client letter, which I then switch back to no a normal client letter when the return is done. I've been asking Intuit for years to give us a choice from 2 or 3 "standard" letters for each return type. So far no response, no acknowledgment, nothing but deafening silence.
Morons. I've got MORONS on my team. Nobody is going to rob us going DOWN the mountain. We have got no MONEY going DOWN the mountain. When we HAVE GOT the money, goin' back UP the mountain, THEN you can sweat.

I don't use 'em but if you go into tools, letters, edit client letter... select custom client letter... on the right side of the screen there is a window... select the 2nd tab (federal letters)... you'll find a canned engagement letter... I've never really looked at it but it's there
