The solution
First go to your item list and ensure that your prices include VAT and that the box is ticked to show this is the case. if it is not then you need to reset the prices to an inclusive price. This sis found under Edit Item in the Items List. Then go to Lists, Item List, Reports, Price List, Customise, Filter, Item, All Stock Items then click OK.
