Because QB doesn't merge data between eins I have some property management clients who do not want to use the program. Does anyone know of a method other than excel spreadsheets to create consolidated financial statements for companies that own multiple assets under seperate eins?
QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions can merge companies. There are several 3rd party apps for reporting to create consolidated financial statements from QuickBooks files. You can search for them at http://marketplace.intuit.com

I too am interested in consolidated financials within QB, but I am not sure that I understand your answer. Do you mean that I would need Enterprise Solutions as well as an add-on? or will Enterprise stand alone to do consolidation? Thanks, Rondi
If you want to use QuickBooks -- consider using classes or a 3rd party reporting program (like Qvinici, Xpanded reports, etc.). OR QB Enterprise Solutions does allow you to consolidate companies without a 3rd party program.
