Premier vs Pro for a non-profit church set up

Can QB Pro handle a non-profit organization? I purchased 2012 Premier, but need payroll too.

Premier has more features than Pro. a Payroll subscription can be added to either. Under Premier there are industrry specific versions that are tailored to the industry. There is a Non-Profit edition. see the link for payroll options

If you choose an outside service, find one that creates .iif import files with the payroll

Pro handles all of this just fine and it is $100 right now at Costco.

Good advice. I got it at Costco just before the sale ended. Have not had time to try it though.
