POS Freezing on Inventory Edit Screen
After two days of POS freezing on the inventory edit screen technical support has me going again. We tried uninstalling and reinstalling using a new user account and uninstalling POS and .net and reinstalling with no change. Finally another tech support guy set my screen resolution to 1024 x 768, stuck the progam in compatability mode and now everything works. (although I don't like the resolution). If you look at the requirements screen it actually says to use that resolution.
I just want to pass on my experience.
