Pledges entered wrong
I entered pledges and they should be donations. how do I change them?

The solution
You don't have to change those, just start using the other method from now on.
Pledge = two steps (invoice and receive payment)
Donation is one step; this assumes everything happened on the same date.
That is the only difference.
