Planned Maintenance regarding credit card processing for some Intuit Products and Services on 06/09/2012 from 9 to 10 pm and 06/10/2012 from 7 to 8 pm PDT
As part of our efforts to improve our services, we are taking our payment processing services offline for a short period of time during the non-peak processing hours of 9:00 to 10:00 pm PDT on Saturday, June 9th and from 7:00 to 8:00 pm PDT on Sunday, June 10th. Customers will not be able to process payments from within QuickBooks (desktop and online), GoPayment, QuickBooks Point of Sale, the Intuit Merchant Service Center, your Intuit-based websites or e-commerce site, the Intuit Payment Network and the Intuit Health Patient Portal.
If you need to process a payment during these hours:
· Call the appropriate voice authorization center:
o Visa/ MC/ Disc ACQ/ Amex OnePoint: 800-228-1122
o American Express: 800-528-2121
o Discover: 800-347-1111
· Be prepared to provide the following information:
o Merchant Account Number
o Credit card number
o Card expiration date
o Purchase amount
· If approved, an authorization number will be provided
· Once service is restored, please use QuickBooks or Online Terminal to capture the sale.
Important Note: You will need the authorization code from the voice authorization as well as your customer's card number and expiration date to complete the transaction.
