Is there a way to add billable items to a specific line on the invoice? My client has a memorized invoice and wants to add the items in specific areas not just at the end of the invoice. We could only get the items to add at the end of the invoice. Thanks!
Right Click in the Item Column and choose "Add Line"

I can add a line where I want no problem, but I can't get the billable items to add anywhere but at the end of the invoice. When I click Add Time/Costs, I want to those items to go to different areas.
Anyone know a work around?

Not as far as I know. This is an issue for me as well. I just add them to the invoice, SAVE, and then retype them where I want them. Save them first so that they are removed from your billable items. If you just add them, retype them and delete the extras, they will still show as outstanding billable items.
Of course if QB's really wanted to make invoicing more 'intuitive", you would be able to place your lines where you want using your cursor, and OMG copy and paste to an invoice and gee willikers, open up two invoices side by side. AND if you delete an invoice have the option to have all the info on it go back to a billable status.
Such novel ideas to make our work easier.
