Can I set up my personal finances separately from business finances on QB?

I think it would be possible, just set up a new company with your personal information on it. However, Quicken might be a better program to use for this. You could also look at Mint.com. I've heard some pretty good things about that site.

Yes you can. Just customize the Chart Of Accounts to your personal expenses. Delete the Accounts that don't apply to you.
