PDF printing problem still
The program still doesn't correctly print when one tries to customize printing. It didn't work for 2006 and still doesn't work. Intuit had a year to fix it. I'm livid.

I'm seeing Error 30 and Error 10250 when I try a customized print to pdf. The first part of the return seems to print OK but I do see some forms not printing correctly. (I noticed that some of the text on a Schedule SE was missing.) Then either at the end of the Federal return or in the state return, I start seeing the error messages referred to above.
Freddy, I bet I know what the last letter of your name stands for. Incidently, I am in the same condition. I came back again...hope I don't regret it. I purchased TaxWise, paid a lot of money for it and have the same lousy service, long waits on phone only to have them tell you that what you want done cannot be done. What I hope we DO NOT experience is the crashing of the program. That I do not believe that I can survive. Good Luck to All!

what os are you running? customize works fine for me in vista ultimate. check your drivers. try uninstalling/reinstalling them using install files in 32bit. could be your driver is just fried. also noticed i have two different pdf drivers. one is for ty07. these use different amyuni document converter versions. play around with these.

I had that problem last year with customized printing with a pdf file, though I did not do that too many times. This year I bought DMS and so far I have not had any problems with pdf file printing to DMS or even scanning to DMS from Pro Series or Quickbooks for that matter. I agree the hold times that people mention can be too long.
DTNY07 - I'm really curious when you say you are scanning to DMS. How do you scan to DMS from ProSeries or QB??? I just bought the DMS and am trying to get up to speed on it. Thanks.
I got errors and useless files when I tried to use the customize feature with a pdf file.
I emailed support and got the following response:
"There appears to be a program issue with customized PDFs. We have reported the issue to our development group, but have no information on whether or not the issue will be fixed."
