Important Announcement! A planned system-wide upgrade will take place over the Memorial Day Weekend in the US (From Thurs, May 24, 2012 at 6 pm PDT thru Tues, May 29, 2012 at 5 am PDT). This includes QuickBooks, QuickBooks Payroll, Point of Sale, & Salesforce.com. This is only for US based products. This does not affect QuickBooks Online customers! During this time, you can shop, but can’t place orders online, activate products or update account info. We apologize for the inconvenience & thank you for patience while we improve our infrastructure to better serve you. International versions are unaffected. For more info, see our community discussion.

PDF Printing has been fixed

I updated my ProSeries 2007 program just now, and, sure enough, as promised, it fixed the PDF printing functions in the 2007 and 2006 software. Thank you, Mr. or Ms. ProSeries.

Before I downloaded the update this morning, the software would not generate the email message to a client but if I hit the save as PDF file button, at least it saved the new client checklist to the ProPF folder (and the TY2007 subfolder). Now it neither generates the message with attachment nor can I save the PDF file. I get no error messages but I also get no promised actions.

I still can't print a pdf file for 2006. I'm getting error code 10250 when I try. I updated Pro Series by downloading the latest version from the web site and restarted the computer after updating. The problem is still there.

Did I miss something?

the short term fix for pdf printing in 06 is to delete the proseries pdf printer, and reinstall by running the psinstall file in prowin0632bitpdfdrvr.

I am also unable to save a 2006 file to pdf (either from when the individual file is open nor from from homebase).
