PDF Forms Are Blank In DMS

Lacerte : 2008

PDF Forms Are Blank In DMS. Sometimes when I view forms in DMS they are all blank. The pages appear but they are empty. If I look at them using Acrobat (using launch outside DMS) they appear just fine. The latest viewer seems more unstable than last years viewer. DMS seems to be getting worse instead of better.

I have seen a couple of these. One solution (until there is a fix) is to go to Tools>Options and uncheck the box to use the DMS viewer.

We have 2011 DMS, Windows 7 - pdf forms are blank in DMS. We are using your solution of unchecking the box to use the DMS viewer.

Any fix yet?
