PDF created by QB but accessed from Acrobat
Can I access access pdf created from Quickbooks through Acrobat or another source document software, not Quickbooks? Need this so I don't have to double enter source from two different scans.

The solution
I'm not clear what exactly you are asking. A PDF created through QuickBooks,such as when you use the "save as PDF" option in the menu when looking at an invoice, creates a standard PDF that you can manipulate with any PDF editing/managing program. What exactly are you trying to do?
