By using the ViewMyPaycheck feature of QuickBooks Payroll. It is the only way currently to let your employees view and print their pay stubs online whether the are direct deposit or regular paychecks. There is a link in your other post that explains how to use it.

Yes, and once they set up their account via the invitation email they can also view their paystubs with their smart phones.
