Drop down the list for Employees and select Get Payroll Updates at the bottom

I dont have the GEt Payroll Updates as a drop down menu. Im finidng many of my taxes and rates are not corrrect or non exsisting. My accountant is sitting with me trying to get QB to work for payroll. UGH
We selected Employees from main menu and there was no option stating get payroll updates. I have 2011 Premier Mfg
