Payroll Tax Liabilities

Unfortunately there is no way currently to delete it, even if it is not needed. To keep these annoying warning messages from stopping you from completing your set up , you will need to just "feed" QB the information that it seems to want. For the account numbers I use "99999" s but in a format that QB accepts.
If you have no liability in that state, nothing will show u in your "Pay Scheduled Liabilities" window. But by giving QB the fictitious information, the  warning message will go away.

It is annoying, but what can you do?

I put in 99 99999 # series of numbers as required in the suggested format for MS but it won't take them.

For Mississippi Withholding I entered:
99-9999999 9

For Mississippi Unemployment I entered:
99-99999-9-99
The # sign needs to be replaced by a digit or an alpha charachter.

Both were accepted in QB.
