I've made two payroll adj over the past two years to correct an issue. Now my GL & Create Custom Liability and Payroll liability summary balances, but the Pay Scheduled Liabilities screen does not. Why wouldn't they match and how do I fix it?
I have the same problem in a couple client's files and as near as I can tell, it appears to be a QB programming error. In the file I am looking at currently, the General Ledger and balance per the Custom Liability Payments screen are correct, but the balance showing in the Payroll Center Pay Scheduled Liabilities window is off. I am going to have to hand-hold the clients through making their liability payments using the custom liab payment to make sure they pay the correct amount. I am hoping that by next quarter, the issue will be resolved and the Pay Scheduled Liabilities window will be back on track.
If anyone has additional information relating to this problem, I would love to have your feedback.
