When you pay an employee bimonthly through a payroll schedule, and the 15th falls on a sat or sun or holiday, when do the employees get paid?

Unless you have laws in your state controlling this, they get paid whenever you tell them they will get paid. It is not unusual to include in your payroll schedule a notice that any paydate that falls not on a banking date will be issued dated the next banking date. Or the previous, if these folks are salaried and you don't have to wait for timecards. Whatever works for your processing needs. If you do Direct Deposit, the lead time is even bigger.
