You are unable to reverse a paycheck within Intuit Online Payroll. Manual paychecks can be deleted and if you need to 'reverse' a Direct Deposit paycheck, a Support Agent can assist you with this action. This is because Direct Deposit paychecks can not be deleted within the system.
