Payable transactions were not reflected in the vendor transaction list. I found that a vendor name was not used when the bill was entered and paid. I corrected the bills to a vendor name but now the payments are outstanding. Help.
I will be a "zero" transaction to correct; you should be able to go into your "pay bills" screen, select the vendor invoice that is showing as owed; apply the outstanding credit to zero or clear the bill from your accounts payable.
The bill and bill payment must both be the same vendor for this to work.
