past payroll balances zero
QuickBooks UK : Pro 2012Quickbooks zero'd some of my past payroll balances in Payroll Liability Balances, although they still appear in the bank account. How do I get the right figures back?

I think you are looking at the report called Payroll Liability Balances. This shows the balances due for payment so the balance goes down when you make a payment. There is another report called Payroll Liabilities (P32) which will show all liabilities to date so long as you use the right date range. It does not show payments made so I think it will give you what you want. John
