Passive Activity Losses
ProSeries : 2011Why don't my passive activity losses offset on schedule E? I am an active participant and it is not a vacation home but it is treating the gain I have on one of the properties as non passive.

Self-rental perhaps? For the Vacation Home (a term that is sometimes used incorrectly) do you have a 280A limitaton before it even reaches the PAL rules?
Are we talking Rental Prop, K-1s, both? I suspect something may be coded incorrectly but we'd need more info to try to help you. I'll admit I'm not an expert in this area but if you provide some more info there are plenty of folks around who may be able to help you.
